“ Lovely staff who are very friendly! Food was great, panini bun was very soft and cooked well. Food came out very quickly, will come again :) Update: Came again after I got a 2 or 1 burger deal when my football team won. This time I was a little disappointed.. We stood at the sign to be seated and despite multiple staff making eye contact with us, no one came over so we seated ourselves outside. Last time I loved the 'Simon Says' burger but this time I tried the 'HFC Chipotle' and I didn't like it. It was too dry, needed more sauce and the panini bun was too crunchy this time. It's hard to rate when you had 2 different experiences here that aren't consistent. Update: I have been coming back because they have great deals and I just purchased the $10 chip coupon which is crazy value! Tried the sweet potato chips, they're very good. The standard chips arent that great though. ”

“ Stepped out to Grill’d Tonight to enjoy a healthy burger. I had no idea what I’d like and a lovely girl by the name of Lily at the cash register was extremely helpful 2nd was able to provide me with a healthy option that I was looking for. She was really bright and bubbly and really did a great job of helping me to choose something on your menu. I couldn’t sit down and enjoy as I was only in a 15 minute parking bay so I had it ordered to take out, and the young gentleman who served me Lucas was an absolute delight. Lucas was extremely lovely and made me smile. It was fantastic to see an organisation living their values and showing that they don’t only say it but actually do employee people with disabilities. I would be very happy to return at any time, not only for the lovely food, but also the wonderful staff that help make the atmosphere at Chirnside Park a great place to pop in and have something to eat. ”

The chips were great as well; we tried the whole chip range - zucchini, sweet potato, and regular - and they all tasted fantastic. The relishes were flavourful and added a nice touch. “ I usually don't go to Grill'd as the taste of their herb mayo is not to my preference. This time, because of a friend's interest in their burgers, I went to this burger place. To my surprise, I found a few options on the menu without that special sauce, and I really liked them. The ambiance is nice, and the staff is lovely too. ”
